Sharing your local story through vPostcard is a great way to reach our community. It is intended for use by local organisations and the Council. Our focus is on positive stories that will keep our community informed of new developments, help strengthen our local economy and encourage our community to find out even more about our region. As a result, not all stories we receive will be published. We have some simple guidelines for you to follow to ensure your great local story is heard. Guidelines for local stories.

Mogo’s back in business

As one of the towns hardest hit by the South Coast bushfires in December 2019, the region’s rapid recovery has been nothing short of inspiring. Mogo’s beautiful green pastures have begun to regenerate and many of the town’s businesses have already reopened. Plans are also underway to start rebuilding structures that were completely devastated by fire.
